As a future-focused design exploration, I used AI tools to envision how Amazon could evolve, designing the next generation of conversational, AI-powered e-commerce experiences.

Design of the new Account Limit experience that impacts +1.4 million customers. From discovery to launch, I identified business and design opportunities through desk research and extracted strategic insights from customer feedback that contributed to the business requirements.

Design of the end-to-end Pix journey, now transacting over R$1.46 billion monthly. My role encompassed curating regulatory materials, creating an optimized and consistent user flow with recognizable UI patterns, and driving continuous improvements through usability testing.

Integration of key functionalities into the tool Product Setup, used by +100 customer care agents. My focus was to identify opportunities for flow optimization and enhanced efficiency, working in close collaboration with several business units.
